The National Environmental Policy's main objective is to determine the economic value of strategic renewable resources (air, water, soil and biodiversity) in order to prior low impact productive activities and accurate
sustainable mechanisms. Furthermore this policy considers the determination of resources' economic value as a good strategy to make policy makers, entrepreneurs and population consider resources and environment an important issue.
