Deliverables & Resources
APPR-SDGs:Towards APPROPRIATE balancing of the environment, social and economic dimensions of sustainable development
Partner(s)ENVIRONMENTAL AMBASSADORS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and participating multi-stakeholder partners
Description/achievement of initiativeTo find way to assure APPROPRIATE balancing of the environment, social and economic dimensions of sustainable development in the future set of universally applicable SDGs. APPROPRIATE balanced SDGs, will be, somehow, to certain extend, the parallel use of adapted "green(ing) economy" and "green(ing) social practice" tools for achieving sustainable development.
Implementation methodologiesBy desk analysis of the "Future we want" output by South Eastern Europe Countries, taking in account ongoing parallel processes in developing SDGs, we will come to "Position Paper", further available to all interested parties by web and social media.
Possible idea to consider is to PONDER BY WEIGHTING FACTORS (with high value) environmental issues not easily nested with social and economic development (like climate targets, biodiversity targets, etc) to assure equal footing of environmental priorities within SDGs architecture.
