-the implementation of a Green Plan in the next 4 years

Our projects in terms of sustainable development at Blaise Pascal University are essentially committed to: - bring forward, ameliorate existing teaching programs and implement new teaching programs in which sustainable development is a focus. -the implementation of a Green Plan in the next 4 years which will first focus on: -a carbon assessment of our sites and buildings through a detailed diagnosis of energy consumptions with the goal to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 2020, -a survey of water consumption and management on our different campus sites, -the improvement of our waste management plan, -the improvement of sites accessibility for disabled persons, -the improvement of workers and students commuting schemes, -a reduction of our university vehicle park and when possible a switch towards ""green"" vehicles. -the management of green areas when possible in which plant biodiversity is explained and preserved, -to develop within the University a specific communication plan and program about sustainable development actions in order to involve the different users (students and University staff).
