This virtual side event will include local civil society practitioners selected through a global video campaign/competition leading up to the 2021 HLPF, showcasing how local action on SDG16+ is central to COVID-19 response and resilient recovery, and how SDG16+ provides the foundation for shaping more peaceful, just and inclusive societies. This interactive virtual side event will feature video campaign submissions, discussions among participants, a web-series of stories, and a social media presence [This 2021 iteration of the Voices of SDG16+ campaign further builds on the resounding success of the 2019 and 2020 Voices of SDG16+ campaigns].
