Le Conseil du Fonds pour les PMA/Fonds sp?cial est le principal organe directeur du Fonds pour les PMA. Il agit comme un conseil d?administration ind?pendant, ayant pour responsabilit? premi?re l??laboration, l?adoption et l??valuation des politiques et programmes du Fonds pour les PMA. Il est compos? de 32 membres repr?sentant les pays membres du FEM, dont 14 ressortissants de groupes de pays donateurs et 18 de groupes de pays b?n?ficiaires. Les d?cisions ?tant prises par consensus, le quorum est fix? aux deux tiers des membres du Conseil.
