The Spanish Saving and Energy Efficiency Strategy in 2003, identifies the strategic objectives, as well as the route that energy policy should take to achieve the objectives of same: security of supply in terms of quantity and price with some basic levels of self-sufficiency, taking into consideration the environmental impact that its use entails and the importance of the competitiveness of our Economy.
