The main objective of establishing in 2010 the Multifunctional Public Internet portal "Energy efficient Russia" was promoting the rational use of energy. The Portal provides users of various information in the area of energy saving, including sharing of best practices. The information is presented by modern ways of presentation of information, that also ensures fast access to direct sources and references to the related ones to the topic of energy saving, energy efficiency assessment and deployment of energy efficiency measures.
