This event brings together key stakeholders from the public and private sector, both from energy and finance sides, to discuss how green stimulus interventions with targeted public policies can unlock large private investments for economic recovery through an integrated approach and concessional financing. A moderated panel will discus best practices to support policymakers in developing green stimulus interventions focused on targeted public investments in order to unlock large private investments for economic recovery through an integrated approach and concessional financing. Transforming the energy sector is a prerequisite to reach the NDC targets. Crucial risks hindering this transformation will be discussed and solutions discussed particularly in the context of the Covid-19 crisis as well as case studies presented from developing countries.
