The COVID-19 pandemic has left a huge impact on education across the globe: 850 million children in hundreds of countries cannot be in school. This context requires accelerated actions, transformative pathways and active commitment of all stakeholders. This event will gather experts to discuss measures to mitigate the negative consequences of crises on education, particularly for the most vulnerable groups and educators. Educational strategies that can respond to crises, raise awareness of human and civil rights as well as help people to find measures to protect themselves and their families will be developed: during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
