This event is a key platform to present a series of education spotlight reports related to the official documents that the States will present during the VNR process. The side event will offer alternative and complementary information from the perspective of civil society organizations, which can be very useful for States, UN agencies and policy makers. The event will discuss the findings and contrast the data offered by official sources. In addition, the spotlight reports will allow the comparative analysis that is necessary to establish measurement parameters of the regional and global progress of the sustainable development agenda.
