Information on the purpose of your organization

In 1996 FHRRDA was established by a group of highly motivated volunteers, social activist, and intellectuals. The primary objectives of the organization was to alleviate poverty and ensure rural development by functioning as a pressure group in order to ?break Silence? surrounding the issues of human rights and development in rural areas in an informal way. However, subsequent experience had convinced them for a participatory integrated and sustain approach to achieve their cherished Goal.
FHRRDA is working for the social and economic development of the community by organizing different activities in the area, while sharing and dissemination of information is a continuous part of the organization, which has created awareness among the masses.

The most fundamental principle shaping the organization's approach to sustainable community development is the development of participatory institutions at the local level. Civil Society Network & Resource Center CSNARC is a project of Fundamental Human Rights & Rural Development Association [FHRRDA] that provides management training and advice to build capacity within citizen organizations. It conducts research and collects data, networking on the citizen sector in Pakistan to inform policy dialogue and promote an enabling environment to organizational change for gender equality and environmentally sustainable development.
Civil Society Network & Resource Center CSNARC is a regional network and resource center of professional worker engaged in sustainable development that are committed to organizational change for gender equality and environmentally sustainable development. Strengthen local institutions, by developing training materials and sessions, in close collaboration with, civil society organization. , And to advocate for the same in governments, national and international agencies. A fundamental principle of this network is that organizations themselves need to become gender sensitive in order to promote sustainable development for rural communities.
Pakistan?s NGO sector is facing exciting new challenges. The availability of funding from donors and a gradual recognition of the place for civil society between both the public and private spheres has seen tremendous growth in the number and scope of NGOs in the country. Yet, they face many obstacles. Limited access to resources often poses challenge to sustain their organizations and program benefits.
CSNARC primary constituency is institutions that build capacity for citizen self-organization. It provides information, training, advice and forums to exchange learning. Towards achieving these objectives,

Vision Enlightened empowered and institutionalized civil society.
Mission: Strengthening of CSOs by helping them in requiring, skill to lead them develops them as a socially responsible and empowered institution.
Objectives
The project objectives are located within the larger framework of strengthening NGO management capacity through direct training and promotion of management standards, as illustrated in Figure.
To form resource center at each district headquarters of Sindh.
 To build the capacity of NGOs/CBOs/CSOs/CCBs at high and mid level management and community Mobilization.
 To dissemination Information
 To provide technical assistance to CSOs.
 To conduct research on local, national and international issues.
 To explore working relationship between members, Donors & Line Departments
