Over the past couple of years, Human Rights Observers have been working to develop a Post-2015 Development Agenda frame work that addresses and integrates social, economic and environmental priorities.
Human Rights Observers is committed to pursuing a realistic, focussed and measurable Post-2015 Development Agenda that integrates the three dimensions of sustainable development ? social, economic, and environmental. Our main focus towards the eradication of poverty, tackling environmental issues, promoting education especially women and children will remain focus point. The concept of Human Rights Observers a multi-stakeholder engagement and partnerships will be essential to success, we are promoting the participation of civil society organizations and the private sector in the Agenda's development and implementation.
?Human Rights Observers is committed towards achieving the vision in line with United Nations frame work is to end extreme poverty in all its forms in the context of sustainable development and to have in place the building blocks of sustained prosperity for all.?
Human Rights Observers in collaboration with international civil society organizations working on development agenda that should carry forward the spirit of the Millennium Declaration and the best of the MDGs, with a practical focus on things like poverty, hunger, water, sanitation, education and healthcare. But to fulfil our vision of promoting sustainable development, we must go beyond the MDGs. They did not focus enough on reaching the very poorest and most excluded people.
Human Rights Observers strongly support advancement women and young people?s empowerment, particularly relevant is ensuring quality education for all girls and boys, closing gender gaps in education and getting girls through secondary school; human rights observers also ensuring women and youth have access to equal economic opportunities, decent employment and productive assets; increasing the participation of women and youth in decision-making and public policy priority-setting, including women?s political participation at local and national levels through affirmative action measures; eliminating all forms of violence against women and girls, through both prevention efforts and universal access to health, social, legal and other services for all victims; and ensuring women and young people have the education and skills to understand and claim their human and legal rights.

Designing a goal is an important issue we are committed to move forward after 2015, with the focus on reducing to ending extreme poverty, in all its forms. Human Rights Observers creating a rights respecting culture where that no person ? regardless of ethnicity, gender, geography, disability, race or other status ? is denied universal human rights and basic economic opportunities. Also we focus on reaching excluded groups.

Human rights Observers carry forward the POST-2015 mission with the focus on Gender equality, the empowerment of women and girls, promotion and respect of their human rights are prerequisites for sustainable development. Human Rights Observers is advocating cross-cutting targets and indicators focused on eliminating the structural drivers of gender inequality, including: ending all forms of discrimination and violence against women and girls; ensuring their access to and control over productive resources and other benefits of development; promoting their leadership and participation in decision-making at all levels; and engaging men and boys as partners in advancing equality. Very importantly creating a safe learning environment; end child labour; and build civil registration and vital statistics systems.
In 10 countries like India, South Korea, Bangladesh, Nepal, Uganda, Nigeria, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Morocco, Human Rights Observers is working on formation of civil society board under which there will be over 4000 NGO will connect with us and work on the frame work of post-2015 development agenda.
Human Rights Observers believe private sector-led growth and job creation are key drivers of poverty reduction for the post -2015 development agenda. Human Rights Observers is striving to advance a goal and targets that capture the agenda that is focussed on eliminating poverty, promoting inclusive growth, and increasing environmental sustainability.
Information on activities at the national or international levels
As it is vital that the Post-2015 Agenda mobilize action, Human Rights Observers is mobilising civil society organizations and private sector to focus on realistic, achievable and measurable goals and targets, and is advocating for a strong monitoring framework that leverages existing mechanisms. Human Rights Observers in a verge of building credible monitoring systems that use reliable, disaggregated data, and are supported by strengthened civil registration and vital statistics systems, Human Rights Observers further supports the Data Revolution as a way to enhance new technologies in support of data and data analysis, and which aims to build statistical capacity in poor communities and support measurement of progress in achieving the Post-2015 goals.
Human Rights Observers continue to focus on the most important transformative shift towards a new spirit of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual accountability that must underpin the post-2015 agenda. Human Rights Observers will build a new partnership based on a common understanding of our shared humanity; this partnership should involve Civil Society Organizations, private sector, other working Groups and government support. People living in poverty, those with disabilities, women and traditionally marginalised groups, human rights observers will identify each priority area in the post-2015 agenda should be supported by dynamic partnerships. It is time for us to use new ways of working, to go beyond an aid agenda and put its own house in order: Human Rights Observes will also fight climate change and promote gender equality. Since this partnership is built on principles of common humanity and on the framework of United Nations Post-2015 development agenda, it must also have a new spirit and be completely transparent. Everyone involved must be fully accountable.
In addition to its primary focus Human Rights Observers will keep its engagement on the full spectrum of issues that make up the Post-2015 Development Agenda. Human Rights Observers supports goals and targets that promote peaceful and inclusive societies while addressing the underlying causes of instability and insecurity, with a particular focus on poverty, women, environment and education. Human Rights Observers continue to put all out efforts to ensure that these rights are integral components of the Post-2015 Agenda. As global hunger and malnutrition remain fundamental development challenges, Human Rights Observers will also work to ensure a goal and targets that promote inclusive, quality education whereby female and male learners from childhood to adulthood are able to acquire the skills and knowledge that they will need to make a positive contribution to their families, communities, economic growth and poverty reduction.
