AIM: To work, foster and advance information for child health and intelligence through new high impact, safe, sustainable, cost effective and innovative development programs that are preventive and transformational by providing-
a, optimal pre-pregnancy and reproductive health information to prospective mothers.
b, use of schools and other institutions to provide intellectual enhancement therapies for students.
The objective is to reduce disease burden and cognitive related issues that jeopardize life expectancy, attitude, economic and academic performance which results to poverty, social vices, early death and extreme hunger in developing countries. Thereby reduce poverty, inequality and empower prospective mothers.

DICIDE is dedicated to Health and IQ Promotion through capacity building for prospective mothers and students with emphasis on better maternal health, better intelligence of unborn child and students. It boosts women health, enhances intelligence, education, attitude and economic potential of citizenry as against the current level of maternal and child mortality, learning difficulty, physical disabilities, indiscipline, extreme poverty and hunger. Indeed the inequalities round the world are the result of the gap between the highest and lowest achievers. This is the time to close the gap through a global action to a new mindset and new skill-set for developing economies.
Studies confirm that higher cognitive health support social, economic, attitudinal and community development. Currently the education and social crises abound. Our Initiative provides the Knowledge for prospective women to boost unborn child immunity and cognitive health at first trimester. In a united world where people are judged by their attitude, academic performance, social and economic input rather than color; developing cognitive and immune health is the true transformation.
The initiative Knowledge Area includes The Solution, What, Why, When, Where, and How heat stress, malaria, malnutrition and lack of fish oil causes indiscipline, poverty and education crises. It was developed through intensive research in partnership with Bayero University Kano (Prof D, A, Maiwada and Ass. Prof. G. F. Dantata). The Initiative was approved by Federal Ministry of Health and Federal Ministry of Education for all Women, Health Workers and Students in Nigeria. It is the Key to a New Age of economic and social discipline.

Gifted Newborn Initiative (GII)
GII provides pre-pregnancy information to prospective mothers. Recent Studies confirm that Pre-pregnancy information empowers prospective mothers (including adolescents) to plan every pregnancy, the crucial early days and childbirth to achieve optimal safety and better newborn outcome. DICIDE ensure availability of accurate health information and skills that empower prospective mothers to protect themselves, enhance quality of their health before pregnancy and thereby positively shape the future health, intellectual potential and economic status of their children, the future economic leaders of the nation.
NEW GIFTED NEWBORN TRAINEE MANUAL: A training manual has been published.
School Intelligence Quotient (IQ) Initiative (SII)
SII uses simple holistic approach in psycho-therapy. It is a 5 minute/day simple program over 60 days. At the following examination students? academic performance will show evidence of haven attained 20-30 extra points and more will follow. Materials are provided which includes parents, teachers? and school counselor participation. During introduction lecture and registration, students will receive enhancement materials. It involves baseline assessment, imaginations and reinforcing positive thoughts.
