- Development and enhancement of a knowledge base for key natural hazard risks; - Regional studies concerning the economics of climate change and the impact of natural disasters on particular sectors such as tourism; - Decision-making tools which might be developed by CCRIF and/or ECLAC to assist in mitigating the economic impacts of natural catastrophes; and - Climate change adaptation strategies to facilitate decision making across the region.
ECLAC is currently partnering with CARICOM in preparation of a 5-year evaluation on implementation of the Economic Partnership Agreement that Caribbean SIDS have with the European Union.
The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data is multi-stakeholder network of more than 150 data champions harnessing the data revolution for sustainable development. Its members represent the full range of data producers and users, including governments, companies, civil society groups, international organizations, academic institutions, foundations, statistics agencies and data communities.
