Connecting Prenatal and Early Childhood Health to a Lifetime of Success
Description/achievement of initiative

The Center for Public Partnerships and Research at the University of Kansas is supporting work to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages by generating responsive solutions that improve practice, inform policy, and advance knowledge. The Center supports and facilitates state agencies and communities in collaboration and partnership to improve health and well-being across the life course. This work includes the development and implementation of shared measurement systems, backbone support, and evaluation geared toward early childhood and maternal health.

Our focus is on gathering data and connecting evaluation across partners to promote evidence based practices. We empower communities and state agencies to use their own data to inform policy and improve practice.
