Education tools for Environment Protection / Climate Change / Sustainable Development
Description/achievement of initiative

The objective of this initiative is to create interactive awareness raising tools for the broad public, for learning sustainable development in the fields of climate change and biodiversity protection. With those tools, one can easily visualise his impact on climate change, and most of all see how efficient are the actions he can take to tackle this impact. This project takes the form of a website, and in the future an application, and is designed to be user-friendly yet complete and scientifically grounded. This project is targeted for the European countries, to promote the younger generation into sustainable action.

Implementation methodologies

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

As for the moment, this initiative is lead only by me, a fresh graduate from the French general engineering school Ecole Centrale Paris. I do this on a voluntary basis while simultaneously searching for partners to further fund the project. In the future it will be developed in collaboration with universities and inter-governmental institutions to make it a failsafe and reliable reference, and to diffuse it through official governmental channels.
