Description/achievement of initiative

The main objective of the programme will be to provide significant opportunities and scope for the deployment of energy efficiency technologies in developing countries.

Expected results include:
That developing countries and economies in transition integrate energy efficiency strategies for can GHG emissions reduction and control in a way it enables their participation in CDM and JI.
