Modern innovative strategy: the technology of food and industrial products treatment for the maintenance of sustainable development
Description/achievement of initiative

The world society should pay attention to education and upbringing of the younger generation, work with social opinion for being aware about the existing problems such as food wastage, hunger, foodborne diseases and ways to minimize them, including innovative technologies of product treatment.

Implementation methodologies

The necessity to solve stated above problems as well as knowledge about innovative methods which can help to solve these problems will be popularized through public organizations with the involvement of experts in the technological and social spheres. The concept of innovative treatment technologies use over the world means maintaining of agricultural and food safety, as well as development of healthcare. Benefits of innovative method of treatment can help modern society to meet goals of the UN Sustainable Development Goals Agenda.

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

Organizing forums, conferences to grow the awareness of the existing problems in the society and innovative methods aimed to solve them, as well as SDGs popularization. Highlights of recent evaluation: Statistics on hunger: 1/9 people on the earth are suffering from hunger, the population grows (according to the FAOs estimates there will be 9 billion of humans by 2050 ), so we will need to produce 60% more food to ensure the necessary supply of food. Another problem is foodborne diseases : every year 420 thousands people die from foodborne diseases , 125 thousands of them are children under 5 years .

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

Public organizations (NGOs) working in the field of healthcare and well-being, with the attraction of young generation to translate the values of the initiative.
