The objective of NEW WAYS Center for Sustainable Development is to spread the knowledge of sustainable development , sustainable management, and thus the implementation of the UN SDGs in all activities and with all partners.

1. At universities, we teach about the SDGs, participants are requested to give examples of SDG implementation; participants have to establish or analyse sustainability reports of their own form or of other firms. 2. With the SENAT der Wirtschaft we developed with colleagues from the committee a cube showing the main information on a certain theme. We started with wter and nutrition. On one side we mention the specific goals and subgoals, on another side we deliver facts around the theme, on a third side we show important websites, on a forth side we suggest "small steps to achieve the goals", on a fifth side, we encourage companies to think how they can implement the speicific goals within their business environment.

As director of NEW WAYS Center for Sustainable Development I have launched the first seminar cycle on Sustainable Development in 1996 at the Vienna University of Economics, already long before the creation of the Center which happened in 2009. Sinc then I held executive seminars at the Sales Manager Academy and also at the Donauuniverstitt Krems on Sustainable Management, focussing recently on the implementation of the SDGs.Also in other activities as member of the Ethics committee of the SENAT der Wirtschaft (ca 600 members from small and mdium enterprises), we launch awareness events for the implementation of the SDGs.
