Description/achievement of initiative

Civil society organizations, the media and traditional authorities exercise citizen control over the management of public affairs and engage in debates of reconciliation and peace. The Regional Councils, the regrouping of territorial communities in consultation, define and implement a shared vision of national, regional and communal economic development; Improving the living conditions of populations through the provision of quality and transparent public services; Civil society and the private sector are becoming aware of their civic responsibilities in the reconstruction of the state and social cohesion
