Liugong Energy Conservation Project
Description/achievement of initiative

Until 2015, the energy consumption decrease 20% than 2010.

Implementation methodologies

Energy conservation technology reform: use energy-saving equipment and reform the reactive power compensation system.
Apply energy-saving assessment to the new plant
Reform the water supply network in the company
Build new water supply pumping station and apply frequency conversion and constant voltage water supply system
Reform the current coal-fired boiler, replace coal by sawdust
Introduce water-recycling technology and use the recycled water in the production process
Establish energy efficiency (energy optimization) management system
