In recognition of the important links between ocean and marine ecosystems, climate change and human mobility, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) has recently begun a new partnership with the Ocean and Climate Platform (OCP) – an alliance of non-governmental organizations and research institutes – in order to work together to address the growing challenges related to oceans and climate change.
