Global Talent Program: Developing the leaders of the future by mobilising 4000 Global Professional Opportunities annually
Description/achievement of initiative

As a partner of the decent Jobs for Youth initiative, we will deliver a direct contribution to Youth Employability by the engagement of young people (ages 19-30) in global professional opportunities through AIESEC's Global Talent Program in partnership with 1000+ organizations around the world.

Implementation methodologies

- Deliver 4,000 international professional experiences for youth in over 100 countries and territories every year with 1000+ partners - Enable skills development such as strategic thinking, decision making, multicultural understanding, and specific competencies related to the internship - Contribute to a smoother transition of young people to the job market - Facilitate fair employment opportunities for youth worldwide through our platform and opening internship opportunities with our partners
