Description/achievement of initiative

Provide technical support to the humanitarian sector in disaster response.

Implementation methodologies

Meetings occur monthly where updates on training and information sharing are discussed along with a programme of engagement and development.

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

We are part of the Global Alliance for Urban Crises (GAUC). We feed directly into their working groups, share information and are part of the GAUC roster system.

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

A steering group made up of representatives of the member organisations.
