The objectives of this organization is to ensure that women are independently living their lives, expose and protected, guided and giving the same opportunity as men to participate and exercise their opinions and ideas in the society. Emadow (Essential movement and development of women) is also called women love and care; it is all about women and their wellbeing. Although, Emadow have interest in other women related issues not mentioned above, but the major goals or agendas of Emadow are: gender inequality, education imbalance, elimination of poverty, and elimination of all forms of discrimination against women. Emadow love all women.

Emadow is taking a step to mobilize, educate, and to empower women in our locality to know their right in the society, eliminate all forms discrimination against them and stopping gender inequality against women in the society. Also encourage and guild them to participate in polities. We are going to private and government schools in the country educate girls on their health and right. Our award giving in schools is to see that girls are encouraged to be fully involved in extracurricular activities in school and the society without being inferior or afraid. We are also partnering with Radio stations in the society where they give us slot in a week to talk and educate women; we also used the same platform to accelerate their participation and confidence to speak their mind, giving them the opportunity to ask their troubled questions with ease. We engages on community mobilization in rural area, we take care of women living in the rural areas by identify their health issues and enhancing them in being fully involved in solving their problems. Drugs and medical treatments are carried out by specialist. Knowing that poverty is one of the problems women are facing, we then run youth empowerment programs where we teach them new skills in computer, craft works etc and also train them to be independent of themselves. Emadow has a place where women come with their relationships issues and other vital issues are address. We also use are social media platforms, website, blog and a regular seminars in the country.

Emadow is an advanced NGO that woks for the transformation and development of the people. We are made up of educated, committed and purpose driven people who obsessively portrays the vision and the mission of their board- Emadow. Meanwhile Emadow creates a platform for People working with her, to be trained, equipped and obtain a proper knowledge from professionals around the world, in a regular base. Emadow have an IT Hub where people are trained to be a computer literate, learn computer related courses and are informed to the latest development on technology in the world. IT Hubs that are partnering with Google and other IT organizations are collaborating with EMADOW to educate people (women) in the society. There are many online meet-up - with slack / udacity for the participants to be guided and updated with newer information.

Emadow is clearly designed for women, and it has three arms that governs it activities the first group takes care of women (the babies, pregnant and non-pregnant women, nursing mothers and aged women) the second group are in charge of legal and human right issues, and other critical issues like in technology and development etc. while the third group takes care of the both groups. All these groups work together to achieve the goals of Emadow.
