To empower individuals to actively and proactively improve health and overall well-being for themselves, the environment and the global community.
People tend to regard wellness as merely one's physical health when in fact there are 8 Dimensions of Wellness that needs to be balanced in order to acquire true wellness; and due to an international paradigm shift towards sustainable living, there is now a greater need for positive and eco-friendly lifestyle practices.

How LiveProActive initiative works: "Promoting Holistic Well-being"
Supporting your unique process to progress
Step 1: Introduction- to LiveProActive and our unique approach and resources.
(Theory based / knowledge sharing)
Step 2: Consultation - Ascertain where you are in your process to progress and
where you want to go.
(Initial Assessment of needs / setting goals)
Step 3: Action - Choose an appropriate life club and work along with your life club
leader to realize your goals within that life club. At least 21 sessions (3months)
in one life club is recommended.
(Continuous Action of on-going support to achieve goals)
Step 4: Evaluation - Assess the progress made within your chosen life club with life
coach.
(Assessment of Progress)
Step 5: Implementation of Recommendation - Set new goals and join another life club of your choice or re-do the same life club for emphasis.
In the following areas of wellness:
1. PSYCHOLOGICAL & SOCIAL WELLNESS
Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Communications in Organisations, Stress Management, Group Dynamics, Team Building, Conflict and Time Management , Motivation and Interpersonal Relations.
2. PHYSICAL WELLNESS
nutritional habits, exercise patterns.
We also have Yoga, Zumba and a Fitness Booth camp programme to help persons improve their overall body functionality.
3. FINANCIAL WELLNESS
basic Accounting skills like Budgeting, Cash flow Management and Bookkeeping that will help you to progress in your personal, business or career paths.
4. ENVIRONMENTAL WELLNESS (Eco- Friendly Solutions)
In this Life Club we aim to give you seedlings to help you start your own kitchen garden, teach you how to effectively make compost and introduce you to more eco-friendly alternatives to chemical based products in your home and so much more.
5. OCCUPATIONAL WELLNESS
We provide guidance on CV and Cover letter writing as well as interview preparation and protocol. Or to assist your staff in development via training.
6. LIFE SKILLS
Emergency Response (First Aid & CPR): This will be a two day programme inclusive of a manual, exam practical sessions and an internationally recognised certificate valid for 2 years.
Self Defence Training (security for sustainability): In this programme, necessary skills will be gained to handle certain gun and knife attacks. This course also instils discipline, team work principles, cardio-vascular workout and so much more.

We are hoping to gather funding for a proactive lifestyle app and a ecommerce website that will offer proactive lifestyle products.
Coordination mechanisms/governance structure
This initiative is governed and co-ordinated by a round table approach where our team members have full say in major actions taken on the organisation.
