-Marketing is done using social platforms like facebook, twitter and google plus to help people know about the initiative of creating new Solar Entrepreneurs -Interested candidates are updated on the training schedule -Training is carried out for more than a week's time at our training centre - The Solar School, Plot no-222, HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Rai(Sonipat)-131029 -First, the Entrepreneurship training is provided, then the theoretical knowledge on Solar PV technology is provided and finally the candidates are taken to a live site where one of our Solar Plants are being installed in order to help them with practical training -Training Certificate is provided to the trainees post theoretical and practical tests -Trainees are also provided with the latest price trends in the market of different products used in the plants like Solar Panels, Solar Mounting structure, dc wire and ac wire specifications, mc4 connectors etc.

As trainees are provided with theoretical and practical knowledge on Solar Entrepreneurship, they are exposed to the market for taking new orders based on their knowledge and the energy needs by the customers. The most important target is to spread awareness among people with different energy needs like Residential, Industrial and Educational Institutions. The present technology of Grid synchronized Solar Power plants and Hybrid Solar Power plants are coming up as new market due to improvement in Electricity supply being improved in all major areas.
