Buzinezzclub's goal is to assist at least 3,500 youngsters (including refugees) before 2022 to leave unemployment to live independently and happliy. Their dream is the goal: buzinezzclub offers youth professional support and volunteer coaching. Our organisation's work is 100% 'paid by performance' through Social Impact Bonds, so the success of members is Buzinezzclub's success. When a member/participant is no longer dependent on social security funding, Buzinezzclub saves the government funding. Part of these savings are returned to our organisations to continue the activities and to help more members.

Youngsters become member for life at the Buzinezzclub. This ensures the multi-annual support towards their dream jobs and prevents them from getting stuck in temporary jobs.  Buzinezzclub delivers the support through professional trainers, volunteer coaches and continuous online support. In 2018 the organization was active in 7 locations in four cities. Buzinezzclub has managed to help 73% of multi-problem youngsters in Rotterdam out of welfare support, and only 14% of the youth returned (based on a Research by Deloitte). Our results are monitored by several independent assessors from the business field and academias.
