Future Fair: A periodic federal event that seeks joining youths from 18 to 30 seeking employment with national and regional companies
Description/achievement of initiative

The Future Fair is a series of events that seek to join young people from 16 to 29 years old in order  to improve their employability conditions and provide tools for access to the labour market, with the support of national and regional companies which represent different productive sectors and providing a regional scope. It is coordinated by the National Institute of Youth with the collaboration of the Ministry of Production and Labour.

Implementation methodologies

The objectives of the Future Fairs are: facilitate contact with companies,  provide training to support insertion in the labour market, enhance an approach to the digital and technological trends supporting the management of projects, the development of soft and entrepreneurial skills, and the vocational orientation of young people. The activities are managed by the staff of the National Institute of Youth and the Ministry of Production and Labor. The commitment intends to do this by linking youth with the private sector as well as by strengthening their employability skills with the tools and strategies necessary to find and obtain jobs.       In 2019, the planned fairs are: Mendoza, Province of Mendoza (March) Corrientes, Province of Corrientes (April) Paraná, Province of Entre Rios (May) San Nicolás, Province of Buenos Aires (June) San Salvador de Jujuy, Province of Jujuy (July) Bahia Blanca, Province of Buenos Aires (August) Córdoba, Province of Córdoba (September) La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires (October)
