Description/achievement of initiative
By 2015, CWR commits to catalyzing at least $100m of (the first) replicable 3rd party funded retrofit financing of the existing fleet; and ensuring shipping charterers representing 200m tons or more, will incorporate a public index of vessel efficiency in to their buying decisions, sending a clear and clean message to the fleet.
