GDF SUEZ has the ambition to increase by 40% the activities in energy efficiency between 2011 and 2017.
Implementation methodologies
GDF SUEZ has got an ongoing process to improve the efficiency of its energy generation and infra-structure facilities. Moreover, GDF SUEZ provides its clients with tailored solutions to make better use of energy, whilst reducing environmental impacts. These solutions include support to domestic customers to improve their equipment and buildings; and design, implementation, operation and maintenance of energy consuming installations with contractual guarantees of their performance for businesses and public authorities. They also include the development of efficient solutions, such as heat and cooling local networks, as well as support to technological innovation (efficient gas equipments)
In addition, employees, clients, local authorities, international institutions, European institutions, academic word (universities…), associations will also be devoted as supporting resources in achieving the goals.
