UN SE4ALL Baseline Report and Design of Tracking Framework

The WB/ESMAP and IEA will convene a multi-agency Steering Group to work on the production of a Baseline Report for the UN SE4ALL initiative and an associated long term tracking framework. The WB/ESMAP and IEA take responsibility for producing this report
