In support of United Nations Secretary-General’s efforts to accelerate the global response to COVID-19, the present online action network has been established by United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) up with the purpose of collecting, showcasing and inspiring effective collaboration among all stakeholders, and for sharing of experiences and lessons learned.

All stakeholders are invited to use the new Action Network register their innovative multi-stakeholder collaborations and partnerships, as well as individual stakeholder action, that tackles the challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak, including in the recovery phase.

UN DESA will prepare a compilation and summary of registered initiatives, with a view to extract and highlight good practices and key learnings, ahead of the 2020 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (7-16 July 2020). The summary will be posted on the HLPF website.
