Intergovernmental Decisions
Sustainable consumption and production (SCP) was primarily dealt with by Chapter 4 of Agenda 21 and by Chapter III of the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation. However, it has been a cross-cutting issue considered at practically every session of the Commission on Sustainable Development and, as such, may be found in many intergovernmental decisions.
