ECLUB Community Development
Description/achievement of initiative

ECLUB Community Development is a network of leaders, experts, professionals, businesses and volunteers who are members of various communities and partnerships and want to take an active role to ensure the successful execution and implementation of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). The early stage of our campaign includes 50 initiatives to support the implementation of SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. Our main target is the success of the implementation of the SDGs across communities in Indonesia.

Implementation methodologies

The coordination is done through an online site and offers are made directly to the most important partners. All activities for the first phase is done through our website www.pembangunan.net prepared especially for this purpose. All activities are grouped into five pillars said ECLUB: Entrepreneur, Culture, Leader, Urban Farming, Business & Funding Development:ENTREPRENEUR: To transform the hearts of one person, one family, one school, one business, one government, one community, one city, one country at a time. CULTURE: Communities tell their stories, build their creative skills, and become an active participants in the development of their culture. LEADER: Leading creativity, productivity, and integrity at all levels and positions. URBAN FARMING: Food is plentiful, good health, innovations, creativity and productivity are an inherent part of urban culture. BUSINESS & FUNDING: Available funds for building community businesses. In our website there are practical packages to be chosen and implemented by each stakeholder. Each package has written explanations that are provided to guide enthusiastic participants to fill application form, later evaluated and assessed. Those who qualify are contacted for implementation. Special Government and Large Enterprises send an offering letter. Each package has a target, how to work and duration embedded in the operating system. Each stakeholder is "forced" to work in a professional manner tied to time and how to and results to be achieved. Each partner is responsible to the partners who participate in each package.

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

Coordination mechanisms are centered on the top management of MSK Community Development. The impact of the activity is measured by comparing the achievement of the target with a target planned. Nationally, the target of each package must reach every district or city in Indonesia which is currently around 600 places. All program is divided into 3 stages for 15 years commencing from January 1, 2016 until December 31, 2030. Targets are set as a percentage of the poor, the hungry, the sick (especially drugs abuse and addiction), lack of education and training, and entrepreneurs. Five pillars are divided into 50 packages for implementation. Conditions of December 31 compared between and to the 2015, 2020, 2025, and 2030. Evaluation periodically, annually, specific request in a top priority. Goals and packages will remain, but the executor and the methods and means are adaptable to the real conditions in the field.
