Description/achievement of initiative

As Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin (GWSFSMM) celebrates 100 years of serving the community, its strategic plan supports all 17, and directly incorporates 8, of the UN Sustainable Development Goals to look sustain its next 100 years of community services. It's important to the mission and business of SFGWSMM that initiatives are rooted in the triple bottom line to deliver a 21st century job skills to Goodwill clients and community.

"Next 100 years of Goodwill San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin" is an organization-wide initiative involving and impacting every Line of Business. The projects within this initiative stewarded and supported by Board and Senior Management. This is governed with Board of Director oversight with a quarterly review of status and performance through the enterprise business intelligence dashboard that tracks environmental, social, and economic impact of each project.
