MicroGrid Development (Public and Private Partnerships)
Description/achievement of initiative

Barnaby is a structured ESCO which along with its partners leads multiple initiative such as grid modernization, sustainability, renewables, and resiliency in-tandem within the United States (North America) and International. Our mandate is to ensure the continuous uninterrupted flow of electricity under normal and distressed (natural disasters, inclement weather, normal use, and otherwise) conditions to critical facilities and end-users via MicroGrid development and MacroGrid modernization.

Implementation methodologies

Implementation is carried out and managed across all stakeholders. We welcome the opportunity to discuss implementation.

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

Barnaby would have to better understand the reference to 'arrangements for capacity-building and technology transfer' since many of the assets are designed, developed, built, owned, operated, and maintained by Barnaby & Stakeholders; e.g. turn-key capacity build which includes managed technology for asset optimization via a proprietary controller.

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

Barnaby has internal corporate governance and compliance controls. Externally Barnaby follows Local, State, and Federal rules & regulations and guidelines.
