Description/achievement of initiative

Achieve 10% electricity savings through installation of automatic light switches in all campus buildings by end of 2013.Compost all dining hall food waste by 2013.Recycle into our co-gen facility all cooking oil by end of 2012.Complete feasibility study for the installation of wind turbines on campus by 2014.Create a masters degree in sustainable energy systems to complement our Green Engineering minor by end of 2012. Develop a sustainable energy learning center at Stevens using our campus as a real life Laboratory to be completed by 2015.
