Description/achievement of initiative
The partnership commitment is to immediately reduce the reduction in fossil fuel consumption in the range of 20-30%. The reduction is achieved by creating water in fuel emulsions yielding a reduction in COx, NOx, Sox in 20-30%. Such reductions will help countries comply with the United Nations requirements of reductions in Green House Gases emissions. Our system provides also reduces soot, particulate matter and carbon black in the range of 80-90%. Such reduction will reduce the effects of premature death, cardiovascular system and respiratory illnesses especially in the older adults, children and people of lower socio-economic status around the world.
Implementation methodologies
After the selection process is done, we perform extensive training using local enterprises and employees to implement the technology. We have online training videos but we will have a company representative directing and giving direct training to the local partners and potential employees of the initiative plus the employees of the entity where it is installed. We plan to bring their supervisory staff to other country locations with diverse applications thus to develop the know how in country. We have translated our documentation in several languages and plan to translate it in all the local languages where we will offer our services. The idea is to offer our services while having a diverse gender employee base and ensure that the services are offered with strict considerations for good health, clean water and affordable energy.
Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer
The principal aspect of capacity building with our partners is through training and formal education. This encompasses hiring individuals with formal training in the areas of mechanical and electrical engineering if available. These resources would provide advance operational support through implementations and research and development if needed to adapt the technology due to peculiar aspects of the implementation or to modify the technology to comply with local regulation. If not, train such resources so they could provide the required support with the minimal intervention from resources out side the partnership and in extreme cases, minimize external intervention from other countries. Finally it entails training first line employees to manage the operations taking into consideration gender equality.\r\n\r\nThe technology transfer aspect of our partnership entails implementing our and other technologies that will help the host country to achieve good health, clean water and affordable energy. We will work with the host countries to register the intellectual property, thus protecting the technology and then providing the services at prices adjusted to the cost of living of the country but most importantly immediately impact the environment both from a water and air perspective while reducing the use of fossil fuels where currently used and promote the transition to clean, sustainable energy.
Coordination mechanisms/governance structure
The services are offered at no investment cost for the government or industry. In addition, the savings are shared on a 50/50 basis. We plan to train experts locally which together with international based but locally managed laboratories. The contacts are done by partnering with local enterprises with an environmental credo. We plan to obtain in country professional services associations with the expertise to navigate the required governmental coordination from the permitting, fiscal and environmental compliance. This way we have a cross sectoral and multidisciplinary compliance team to tackle the road to sustainability. These firms must have the required in country certifications, cross boundary associations and be a part of the UN Sustainability Development goals. In the case of fiscal and business compliance we have a partnership with PWC. In the case of chemical testing we work with Bureau Veritas. In the areas of legal compliance we will request the services of firms with international representation agreements to ensure an international compliance.
