Foster youth entrepreneurship and prepare for the future of work: Enroll 1 million users in free HP LIFE e-learning program by 2025
Description/achievement of initiative

Lifelong learning that supports upskilling, re-skilling, and entrepreneurial thinking will be critical to power thisfuture economy. HP LIFE (Learning Initiative for Entrepreneurs), an HPFoundation program aims to enroll 1 million users worldwide between 2016 and 2025. HP LIFE currently provides 32 business and IT skills training courses in seven languages. It is best leveraged by those approximately 16 years of age or older.

Implementation methodologies

We partner with non-profits, the private sector, and governments to expand this free resource to those seeking these entrepreneurship and business skills training and receive impact metrics such as number of users, number of courses taken per user, course satisfaction and course completion rates. We also support partners that leverage HP LIFE as part of a wider employment/job creation effort, such as our partnership with UNIDO on the Mashrou3i program in Tunisia. HP LIFE is free, and accessible both on and offline. https://www.life-global.org
