Description/achievement of initiative

Our partnership is found to promote, participate, support and supplement Flagship schemes of Government and to perform PAN India perennial activities such as Volunteering, Advisory, Inspection, Certifications, Evaluation and Verification.To carry out Activities in association with Ex-Government employees, Industry and Domain experts, IT and ITeS professionals. To establish, setup, promote, acquire, run, manage and carry on the development, administration and management system for welfare of various sectors. Ethical model of VCCI is based on legendary "Kautilya Sutras" on Propounded Actions, Ethos &Philosophical Underpinning of Management.

Implementation methodologies

A. UPLIFTMENT STRATEY There will be two Committees in each District such as DSEDC - District Sustainable Economic Development Committee and DSSDC – District Sustainable Social Development Committee.\r\n\r\nB. DIGITIZATION OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION – VCCI will avail web and android app-based procedures from primary information gathering to final decisions. The digitization will help volunteers learn more about process, terms, complexities, and viability of his case. \r\nC. TRUST BUILDING SYSTEM (TBS) – TBS is VCCI’s unique web-based system which will be very useful to build trust between two or more parties. \r\nProcess of TBS: \r\nI. Submission and verification of all KYCs by Legitimate Authorities of parties.\r\nII. Using TBS, parties will put terms and conditions which will be matched or consolidated by one of Secretary of VCCI and issue commencement of deal/matter.\r\nIII. “Call for action” will be scheduled and upfront financials of parties will be done at once.\r\nIV. Confirming by approval, closure or success of task, the record will be kept or certificate of completion will be issued if necessary. \r\n\r\nD. HANDLING OF PHYSICAL DOCUMENTATION IN SECURE ENVIORNMENT - Vidhimanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry will appoint one Legitimate Authority (LA) in each district to collect KYCs of Members, Government Documents, Business and Social Information and Reports, Project Information and Financials \r\n\r\nE. REBUILD INDIA MISSION – Based on thought process of Indian Legend Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the keys to Rebuild India lies in Development of Technology of Industries and Scientific Agriculture (Article, 'Free India and her problems', published in a German periodical in August 1942) Promotion of advantageous Industrial and agricultural Policies, Strategies, Programs and Schemes of Government of India will be primary object of this mission. Participating and contributing in social responsibilities through Corporate Citizenship Center under SDG will be second object and will be organized through selected registered members of VCCI. Special volunteering section of CA and CS will play vital role in this mission.\r\n\r\nF. SC-ST SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT HUB – A Special Hub for depressed class people belonging from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, will help to maintain dedicated focus on upliftment for these group and help to raise to fund for innovative projects.

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

The VCCI constituents are MSMEs and NGOs with operations not limited to state or country. A large number of corporate bodies of India forming the backbone of the organization. Leading industrial promotion organizations, banks & financial institutions, as well as governmental organizations, are becoming members of the VCCI and lending a diversified membership base for the Chamber. The VCCI also derives its strength and sustenance from the representative national character of its constituents. Rebuild India initiative will be governed by VCCI's steering committee under the chairmanship of Mr.Nitin Mane (Founder of VCCI), Steering Committee with the help of Selection Committee will appoint State Nodal Agencies in selective state to help accomplishing the SDGs. State Nodal Agencies will govern operations and to assist them the "Legitimate Authorities" (LA) will be appointed/selected from each district of those state who will take responsibility of strategic implementation of initiatives at grass-root level, and to bring this about LA can connect with local government bodies and public influencers or organizations.

8.2 - Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high-value added and labour-intensive sectors
8.4 - Improve progressively, through 2030, global resource efficiency in consumption and production and endeavour to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, in accordance with the 10-year framework of programmes on sustainable consumption and production, with developed countries taking the lead
8.10 - Strengthen the capacity of domestic financial institutions to encourage and expand access to banking, insurance and financial services for all
8.a - Increase Aid for Trade support for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, including through the Enhanced Integrated Framework for Trade-Related Technical Assistance to Least Developed Countries
