Description/achievement of initiative
The College has achieved a great deal in the past few years, including establishing a Climate Action Committee charged with developing a climate action plan that could provide a roadmap to achieve carbon neutrality; the establishment of two subcommittees to increase sustainability topics into the curriculum and to address financial aspects of sustainability efforts; the reporting and tracking of sustainability efforts through ACUPCC and STARS; and partnering through community outreach.
