Implementation methodologies

Tongadive implements the initiative targeting the sustainable development goals it has taken. 1. Product Development: Tongadive's project focuses on the application of new technologies (blockchain, AI) to solve existing problems and address gaps in healthcare supply chain. Once fully developed, this product could be a major disruptor in global supply chains across multiple industries. a. . First of its kind, robust software combining the power of Corda blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Analytics Engine to provide end to end visibility on product stocks. This will provide regulatory conformance, demand planning and forecasting, product recall/ returns management and end consumer visibility on origin through a single product, single data source concept.b. Promote green, clean, sustainable supply chain in post-Covid 'new normal' through a product that enables circular economy while saving costs - product recall management, returns tracking, redirection of consignments from areas of abundance to areas of scarcity\r\nc. Provide SME manufacturers in healthcare industry a quality product at compelling price point that is not available in the market today d. Open up product to be explored for use cases outside healthcare industry where similar end to end visibility and provenance of origin are likely to become the new norm 2. Regulatory Conformance: Tongadive's product focuses on harmonizing the regulatory framework evolving in different countries to ensure visibility and prevent counterfeiting in healthcare products. Tongadive has developed a unique algorithm and integrated it with Blockchain and AI driven analytics engine to build a secure supply chain that also adheres to various regulatory environments. Pumpkin Seeds - As co-founder trustee of Pumpkin Seeds, Tongadive Founder and CEO is directly driving and monitoring activities of Pumpkin Seeds towards providing access to opportunities for the girl child through quality education.
