Kingpins Show
Description/achievement of initiative

Kingpins Show is a supply chain trade show committed to sharing ideas with the denim industry and inspiring each other to continually learn as much as we can. We are dedicated to uniting the global denim industry by fostering a productive and progressive indigo community. Kingpins is committed to bringing sustainability and best practices to our industry.

Implementation methodologies

Kingpins Show is a global trade show for the denim supply chain. Through in-person and virtual events and seminars occurring at least six times a year, Kingpins Show aims to share information with industry insiders who wish to know the latest innovations and technology in the denim supply chain and curate the best in class suppliers.

Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

Kingpins Show will discuss the targets with the team and partners, agree on actions and time frames, and hold regular follow-ups to expand Kingpins Show into a world wide event platform. Kingpins Show has strong partnerships with a number of influential organizations and companies across the globe to curate the best in class suppliers, deliver education and further expand our reach and impact.

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure

Kingpins Show is the event coordinator, and action plans are discussed and agreed upon through regular meetings and direct communication with partners involved. Kingpins Show will curate exhibitors that undergo a vetting process based on qualifications Kingpins provides, develop topics for panels and source expert speakers. We make an evaluation of progress, achievements, and failures through data on attendees, countries, the most sustainable products from exhibitors, and topics discussed at panels.
