Description/achievement of initiative
The objective of this initiative is to rebrand the modeling industry from a fast fashion focused system of "fashion models" into a system that embodies restoration of Nature through communications, catapulting the fashion industry into its next era⏤the novelmodel age of restoration, regeneration and sustainability. This will provide relief from the world's obsession with fast fashion and unsustainable practices by educating each novelmodel on what it will take to make a difference. The objective is to employ novelmodels around the globe to stand up and rewrite fashion narratives, and the rest of the industry will follow.
Implementation methodologies
Workers are pushing for ethical fashion and sustainability. The world's population is pushing for ethical fashion and sustainability. More designers are beginning to push harder for ethical fashion and sustainability and B Corp status. Consumers are also waking up and demanding ethical fashion and sustainability. \r\n\r\nTherefore, our Bookers and Agents, also trained by the same programs and institutions training and educating novelmodels, will seek to uphold The Novelmodel Era Representation Initiative (TNERI) of core values, principles and goals. Our entire team of professionals continuously looking for new ways to partner with ethical fashion labels, sustainable designers, and intentional, purposeful product makers and initiatives who are also committed to implementing and carrying out TNERI's goals as well as the Sustainable Development Goals.

Coordination mechanisms/governance structure
The Novelmodel Era Representation Initiative (TNERI) is governed by a first-of-its-kind mother agency that operates similar to other mother agencies, however with several main differences. This initiative is governed by the Executive Manager and Founder of NOVELMODELS LLC. Novelmodels will be trained, mentored and educated on a range of topics that are outside the scope of strictly fashion / catwalk / runway / portfolio building. We will partner with select sustainability programs / institutions such as Fashion Values, Cedar Coast Field Station, etc., that will give each model a deeper understanding of what we as their agency requires of them, in order to be represented by us.
