Implementation methodologies

The launch in the University of Alcalá of a strategic line of management dedicated to improving the environmental aspects started in 2002, by means of series of agreements of the Council of Government, with the establishment of the Ecocampus Office of the UAH, one of the first environmental offices created in the Spanish University. Ecocampus has taken part actively in the Sectorial Commission for environmental quality, sustainable development and the prevention of risks (CADEP), which joins together all Spanish universities Green Offices.
