Implement UN Women's Empowerment Principles
Description/achievement of initiative

Greater gender equality within our global organisation, and through our supply chain. Also the opportunity to influence our clients in our role as global sustainability consultants

Implementation methodologies

ERM's Sustainability Advisory Committee has established a Diversity Awareness Initiative, which will include an action plan to implement the WEP throughout the global organisation in 40 offices and 140 countries. KPIs and targets have been established as part of our sustainability program, which includes those relating to gender equality. We are also reporting to GRI requirements on gender as part of our sustainability reporting.
