Implementation methodologies
For these commitments to turn into effective solutions, the 2015 Eco-campus symposium, gathering in Paris on 15th and 16th October, has proposed three phases of exchanges and work: 1 –the engagement of higher education institutions with the international community 2 -the call from the HESIs to government and civil society for promoting the creation of innovative, favourable frameworks and core points to act together. 3 - the stakeholder forum : the actions from the HESI Declaration will be compared to the expertise of the Higher Education Institutions and of its stakeholders: collective groups, companies, NGOs and territorial networks.
