Challenges faced in implementation
So far challenges correspond to accommodate activities under current legal framework in Mozambique together with issues related to visas, taxes, customs and specific licenses.
Next steps correspond to achieve until the end of 2016 all goals and objectives under the road map designed. Main concern is based in creating a sufficiently robust finance fund and yearly revenues to sustain and support activities, and having a celebrated cooperation framework between the Institute and all national and local authorities in Mozambique.
There still are no measurable outcomes for the beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries such as potential Official Suppliers and Official Sponsors must now officialise their commitment and start signing the written agreements as proposed.
