Sapienza University of Rome is deeply committed to sustainable development issues either at institutional level, as our strategic documents (Charter of principles and Declaratiion of Mission in International Cooperation for Development) testify, and in its many degree courses, research programs and its many projects that are carried out to ensure the protection of biodiversity, the management of waste, and the recent plan to develop strategies and support new green technologies within the campus
